Vintage Carlton Ware made in England (1926-1987) salt, pepper and covered sugar on leaf like plate. Decorated in a cheerful yellow with an open rose floral design, all that's lacking is a sugar spoon! There is a small chip on the rim of the plate and is not noticeable unless you touch it. Otherwise the set is in great condition. There is crazing evident throughout, hinting the set is older.
