Antique Wood Framed Print by 'Thomas Faed' / 'H Lemon' entitled 'Saturday Night' and dedicated to the Cosmopolitan Art Association (Ohio, USA?) for the year 1856-7.
Measures 32" x 28-1/2" and is in fair condition. There is water damage to the perimeter of the print and the wood frame has wear throughout. Please refer to pictures for a closer inspection - OR - make an appointment to come see it in my wee little shop!
Look closely at the scene and try to imagine a life as depicted here. Hard to believe how far we have come!
